VIKRAM LANDER FROM INSIDE

This is the Vikram lander which was going to land on the Lunar surface. So lets deep dive inside the Vikram lander.

This picture is an overview and we will discuss each part what it is and what is its purpose.

So let's start from LPDC

1) LPDC (Lander Position Detection Camera)
This is the camera which will record the moon surface and it will send its images to earth so that ISRO can do the landing on the moon.

In the above animated seen it is shown how we are using the LPDC.
2) LHVC (Lander Horizontal Velocity Camera)

This is from one of those three cameras which are responsible for soft landing.

3) KA-BAND ALTIMETER-2 AND KA-BAND ALTIMETER-1

The KA Band stands for Kurtz-above band, which is part of the Kurtz (K) band in the microwave band of the electromagnetic spectrum.

4)LASA- LASER ALTIMETER
There will be a Laser Altimeter (LASA), an instrument that is used to learn about the topography, or the shape of the surface of a planet. It will operate through the orbitor revolving around the moon above the lander.

5) 800N LIQUID ENGINE

6) TOUCHDOWN SENSOR

7) SOLAR PANELS

8)LHDC(Land Hazard Detection and Avoidance Camera)
